STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. Log into your Marro account
Start by logging in via the Marro login portal.
2. Head to ‘Account Settings’
Scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and select Account Settings.
3. Find the ‘Delivery Address’ section
Click Edit to open your address book.
4. Manage your addresses
Here, you can:
Add a new address – Quickly set up a new delivery location and include optional instructions so your box arrives just the way you like.
Remove old addresses – Keep your account up to date and avoid deliveries to old locations.
Choose your primary address – Click the small red button next to your preferred location to make sure every future box is sent to the right doorstep. When setting up your trial box, please make sure to verify your address is correct, as we aren't able to make these changes retroactively once box has been paid for as order is locked in at check out.
IMPORTANT NOTE
All changes to your subscription need to be made before the specified cutoff time to ensure your next box arrives at the correct address.
Example: If your box is due on Wednesday, make edits by 11pm on Monday. If your delivery cutoff period is Wednesday at 11 PM for a Monday delivery, updating your address at 12 AM Thursday or later will result in the delivery going to the originally saved address.
We’ll send a delivery reminder email to help you remember. If your delivery is a trial box, the address is locked immediately after payment and cannot be changed for that order in account.
