Changing Your Recipe Selection

Because variety isn’t just the spice of life - it’s also the secret to empty bowls.

You can easily update your cat’s recipes from your Marro account.

Here's a video demonstration of how to do this:

How to change your recipes

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to “Their Next Box”

  3. Click to expand the meal plan

  4. Next to the recipes, click EDIT

  5. Use the + / – buttons to adjust how many of each recipe you’d like

  6. Click Save - you’ll return to your dashboard

Multiple cats

If you have more than one cat, you can edit each cat’s plan individually. You’ll be able to see your cat's profiles and use the drop-down to select their indivual menus. From there, you can edit each cat’s recipe selection separately.
You can also customise feeding plans for each cat. For example, you can match recipes across cats, such as opting for an even split between chicken and fish recipes for both cats, or have different selections based on each cat's favourites.

If you need to add or remove a cat, we're here to help - get in touch with us here.

When editing your meal selection, you can use the toggle buttons to swap your pouch choices around. If your box is full, try removing some pouches from another recipe before adding the new one.

That way, you can mix things up without exceeding the number of pouches in your box. A little recipe reshuffle, and you're all set!

Important notes

  • Cut-off time: if you want to make any changes to your box, you have to do this by 11pm, two days before delivery. If changes are made after that, we'll send your current selection, and the changes you made will apply to following boxes.

  • Trial boxes: the recipes in your trial boxes can’t be changed once you’ve checked out. You’ll choose the recipes you want to try and your first delivery date when building your trial box. If you add a new cat during a trial box period, meals for the addition will be included in your second delivery, ensuring the new cat's details and preferences are incorporated seamlessly.
