Yes - pausing works just like cancelling. It stops charges and deliveries straight away.
What Happens When You Pause
No more charges - billing stops immediately.
No more deliveries - your Marro boxes take a break too.
Easy to restart - log into your account anytime to resume your plan.
Outstanding invoices - Pausing does not cancel any outstanding invoices from past deliveries. Manage payment methods in your account settings for pending invoices.
Cutoff time - To avoid being charged for your next delivery, pause your subscription before 11 PM, two days before the scheduled delivery date. After this cutoff it is not possible to cancel or make changes to your order.
Cancel your subscription
Log in to your Account
Go to Account Settings.
Click cancel subscription at the bottom of the page (white text).
Click cancel subscription again to confirm below 'miss out on your discount'
Answer a few quick questions, then press cancel subscription now. Your subscription will be cancelled, and no more orders will be generated, and no future boxes will be delivered.
You will receive an email to confirm this.
Restarting your plan
Log into your Marro account.
Head to your Account page.
Find and click “Order box now.”
Click your preferred delivery date for your next box
Click Save changes, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Your payments will resume automatically using your saved payment method.
