Can I Pause One Cat on a Multi-Cat Subscription?

Right now, it isn’t possible to pause, skip, or delay deliveries for just one cat on a multi-cat subscription.

At the moment, from your account, all multi-cat plans are managed as one combined subscription, which means any pause applies to all cats on the account, not individual cats.

Why is this the case?

Currently, our system only allows pauses to be applied at a subscription level, rather than at an individual cat level. This means we’re unable to pause one cat while keeping the rest of the plan active.

Will this change?

Yes - this is something we’re actively working on.

We know that cats have different needs (and schedules), and we’re planning to introduce more flexibility so individual cats can be managed separately in the future. Keep those sharp eyes peeled.

What can I do in the meantime?

  • Pause the entire subscription if you need a break

  • Remove one cat from your plan (this requires reaching out to the Customer Love team)
